1. Data Controller

The data controller for this Service is BlueDevLabs, in the United Kingdom. All inquiries should be directed to contact@bluedevlabs.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClickRush (the “Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.

4. Prizes

Prizes are offered at the sole discretion of the Service Owner (BlueDevLabs) and are not guaranteed under any circumstances. The Owner reserves the full and unrestricted right to modify, substitute, delay, or withdraw prizes at any time, without prior notice or justification.

5. Fair Play and Enforcement

Any suspected attempt to manipulate scores, exploit system vulnerabilities, spoof requests, or engage in unauthorized use of the Service will result in an immediate and permanent ban. This includes but is not limited to:

• Submitting falsified or tampered scores
• Bypassing daily limits
• Using automated tools or scripts

The Owner reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any user account, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of cheating, abuse, or behavior deemed harmful to the integrity of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. The Owner disclaims all liability for damages, direct or indirect, arising from use of the Service or from any interruption, delay, error, or omission in prize delivery or game access.

7. Modifications

These Terms may be updated from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Prize Verification Data

To ensure fair distribution of prizes and to prevent fraud, additional data may be collected during prize claiming. This may include contact information, verification of Discord identity, and IP address history. Refusal to provide required verification may result in forfeiture of any prize, at the sole discretion of the Owner.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
