1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the website, ClickRush (https://clickrush.bluedevlabs.com), including all games, features, and prize-related systems.

• "User" refers to any individual accessing or using the Service.

2. Agreement to Terms

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately.

3. Prizes

Participation in games may result in the awarding of prizes. However:

• All prizes are offered at the sole discretion of the Owner.
• No prize is guaranteed, regardless of score or performance.
• Prizes may be substituted, delayed, modified, or withdrawn without notice or justification.
• Prize distribution may be subject to eligibility verification, identity checks, and other conditions.
• Users have no legal entitlement to any prize unless and until expressly confirmed in writing by the Owner.

4. Fair Play and Conduct

Cheating, exploiting, or abusing the Service is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Submitting falsified or tampered scores
• Bypassing daily limits or anti-cheat mechanisms
• Using automated tools, scripts, or spoofed requests
• Attempting to disrupt or manipulate game logic or outcomes

The Owner reserves the unrestricted right to ban, suspend, or restrict any user at any time for any reason, without appeal. Decisions are final and not subject to review or justification.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Owner makes no warranties or guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, prize delivery, or availability of features.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, missed prizes, or gameplay interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
